Hi!
Well I have a subject to discuss. Often I can see in price list of MZ parts some parts made in HU, mainly pistons, exhaust and other metal parts. So lets exchange experiences about Hungarian parts quality. I have none  so I count on knowledge of Polish and Hungarian MZ Riders.

Regards,

As I know, polish pristons are better than hungarian (but now i have a hungarian priston and ring set and have no problem...). exhaust system is work very well, similar to factory made part, but the Chrome is not the best. Don't buy nothing hungarian part for brake...
The best new parts made from turkey.

What about polish parts?

Could we make business in the future? we supply you hungarian parts in the polish-hungarian meeting, you'll suppy us

Well, Polish parts, hard to find, Chinese, Hungarian, Taiwan, mainly. When I get some rubber or plastic part made by some Polish manufacture I ask my self "How the fu.... one do not know how to mesure diameter :!: :?: ". It getting better when you want to get ball bearing, electric or electronic components.
How the hell you can by parts made in Turkey? I haven't seen such manufacture in Poland, I think Hungary is in better situation - closer to south  .

Regards!

It's not easy (and not cheap) to buy good-quality parts. You could buy bearing from turkey for example. but not easy.....

the bigest problem in hungarian MZs: the winch / connecting rod ... (mz cup: 1 race 1 rod... or half/quarter race, warm up... )

the hungarian bearings for (brake) are not good too... but I use Brembo brake

Yes, the hungarian exhaust is good, I have too. The chrome isn't too nice...

I'll get polish piston from Bambi in my engine and that means something :) hungarian pistons are sh*t. And brake parts also.

So we'll give you exhaust and you pistons to us :D

micek - 2007-02-11, 11:19

hi, You have mean this label which is mark on picture?
Bambek - 2007-02-11, 21:10

Parts... Spare parts from Poland are as good as the Hungarians... but for example From my point of view i think that Hungarian are better.. ( pistons which are made of AK18 or 20 material ) most in Poland are made of AK12 - this is one of the worst. Pistons from Turkey are the Best, Polish bearings are made of good quality materials, gas lines ,clutch lines etc.... this is my opinion..

P.S Sorry for absention on this international discution. I am going to write posts in regular time parts ( once a few days ). Best wisches to everybody . Bye.
